GTA IV Does Not Work For Us

To:  Sony - Rockstar - Take 2

I am an owner of the GTA IV game for Sony Playstation 3 and I cannot get my product to work. I am signing this petition to allow Sony, Take2 and Rockstar Games -- along with any news media that wishes to make note of it -- to see how many of us are affected by the as-of-yet officially acknowledged software problems which causes this game to lock up either immediately after the first cutscene or subsequently in the game.

I am unhappy about being unable to play this game on my console. Furthermore, I find the lack of communication and acknowledgement from Rockstar (the Developer), Take2 Games (the Distributor) and Sony Computer Electronics of America (the Console maker) to be very unsatisfactory.

We demand recognition of our numbers, public acknowledgement of the problem and committment to resolving the issue by a specific date. We are glad that the game has sold over $500 million thus far and hope this money can be used to produce less buggy products in the future.
