Children dying within 28 days of their birth is a shame for all of us in India for we have one of world's worst records in this -- 36 out of 1000 children die for want of basic care. It is time all of us came together to address this problem and sensitize governments, media, civil society groups, academia, doctors, hospitals, para medics on the need to do their bit.
Let us pledge to save every precious life. Children are our future. Secure our today to save the future
