Hellstorm Removal

To:  TWL head administration

Hellstorm, lead admin at TWL, has consistently proven himself an incompetent leader. The grievances against him are as follows:

1) Consistently and needlessly standing against voicing of opinions that deviate from his own on the forums.
2) Refusing to consider changes that are clearly majority (we know, we talk to each other elsewhere beside TWL forums). Hellstorm consistently fails to realize that the TWL community does not serve him. Also, he shows a poor understanding of the competitive community since he is not a part of it.
3) He is undiplomatic: deleting, locking, and banning when he created a situation to begin with by being either nebulous or stubborn. The near ubiquitous dislike for him encountered within the community goes beyond what any normal leader would face who has to make non-consensus decisions.

His actions do not help the community in any way and we are asking he be removed from his position and replaced by one of the other admins that respect the wishes of the community and are capable of enacting them without e-tyranny.
