Hellgate London is truly a fun game and an addictive one. We appreciate the hard work which you have put in to deliver it to us. Unfortunately, we are concerned that in the Southeast Asia region it will be passed over due to the mismanagement by IAHGames.

We are fans of Hellgate London and wish it to succeed in the Southeast Asia region. However, IAHGames, the contracted company which distribute, host and support Hellgate London in company, is doing a dismal job.

1) Patch 0 has been delayed; whilst there are explanations on why it have been, there is no official ETA on its deployment.

2) The Community Manager's explanations are vague and unhelpful

3) The company is resorting to potentially harmful stop-gap measures, such as just raising the level cap to 50, but not implementing patch 0.

4) The company has promised a patch to raise the level cap on 06 November 2007 but failed to deliver its promises.

This reflects badly on the SEA community, which may lead to

1) Less subscribers because the complaints by the early adopters
2) Hellgate London being passed on for other games.
3) A less than vibrant community in the SEA region
4) A precedent that the SEA community are second class citizen when compared to the United States and Europe community as we are always one step behind patches and new content.

Therefore, we, the fans of Hellgate London, sincerely request that Flagship Studios take up steps to review IAHGames' management of Hellgate London in Southeast Asia. We really do wish Hellgate London to have success on par with Diablo II but from the way IAHGames has been mangining the servers, we are losing confidence.
