Reduction of 70,000 Village Courtyard Project

We, the community of San Clemente, CA want a reduction in the size of the purposed 70,000 sq. ft. Village Courtyard (Ralphs Commercial Center at 911 S. El Camino Real, San Clemente,Ca 92672) to the previously design of 40,000sq.ft.
or conducive to that of the size of structures in its surrounding area.
