PETIÇÃO PARA O FIM DA HOMOFOBIA NO BRASIL

To:  President of the Republic of BRAZIL

Dear Gentleman president Luis Inacio Lula da Silva,







We came to request through this, more security the existing homosexual society in our country.It is with extremity to weigh, that I open my periodical and I read that our country is the champion in Homofobia.







I request, the Mr. president, who can look at for this parcel of the population with a little of affection, which had to the fact of that during the year of 2007, 122 homosexuals had been assassinated in our country. These data are not official, therefore it does not have official statisticians on assassinated gays in our country, consequence of the indifference of the Brazilian authorities with this segment of the population.







I ask for encarecidamente, so that preconception with this parcel of population, either eradicated of our country, to start for institutions you publish, as you police civilians and military, who currently still possess a great parcel of prejudiced homofobicos and, of which do not have respect stop with this group.







I ask for so that new more severe laws are servants, so that let us can walk in the streets of our safer cities, of whom still will come back our houses livings creature.

Viemos solicitar atraves deste, mais segurança a sociedade homossexual existente em nosso país. É com extremo pesar, que abro meu jornal e leio que nosso país é o campeão em Homofobia.







Solicito, ao senhor presidente, que possa olhar para esta parcela da população com um pouco de carinho, devido ao fato de que durante o ano de 2007, 122 homossexuais foram assassinados em nosso país. Esses dados não são oficiais, pois não há estatisticas oficiais sobre assassinados gays em nosso país, reflexo do descaso das autoridades brasileiras com esse segmento da população.







Peço encarecidamente, para que o preconceito com esta parcela da população, seja erradicado de nosso país, a começar pelas instituições publicas, como policias civis e militares, que atualmente ainda possuem uma grande parcela de homofobicos e preconceituosos, dos quais não tem respeito para com este grupo.







Peço para que novas leis mais severas sejam criadas, para que possamos andar nas ruas de nossas cidades mais seguros, de que ainda voltaremos as nossas casas vivos.
