To: Mr. Mehdi Khalaj, Cassels Brock and Blackwell, LLP, Hosting Matters, Inc.
• WHEREAS Hossein Derakhshan’s site on hoder.com is a weblog to reflect personal opinions, and as such his right to speak is unmistakably guaranteed by the letter as well as intent of law in any democratic society,
• WHEREAS the closure of his site under threat of legal action by Mr. Mehdi Khalaj and his attorney without being properly investigated and judged upon by a qualified authority in resolving such disputes restricts his rights,

• WHEREAS the responsibility to police and issue judgment on such issues are not in capacity or ability of his web hosting company, Hosting Matters, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the undersigned seek an immediate halt to Mr. Khalaj’s threats while recognizing his obvious right to seek out legal remedies to reconcile any grievances, and demand restoration of Mr. Derakhshan’s account with Hosting Matters, Inc. or transfer of such to a similar service provider of his choosing at the expense of Hosting Matters, Inc.
Sincerely,
