Ropes should be for playing, not hanging children; urgent need to raise world attention!
The Omen of the new Iranian Government: following Khomeini's foot steps, and expanding 'Khomeinism" through out the region has its direct victims who are children, but then surely it would extend to every one else outside Iran, if we act too late. – You will find reference at the end of this text.

The recent hangings of an 18-year-old and 16-year-old on charges of involvement in homosexual acts violated Iran's obligations under the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, which bans such executions.
The British gay rights group Outrage! has accused Iran of torturing the two into confessing that they had homosexual sex. It believes that the assault charges were a smokescreen to justify killing homosexuals.
Pictures of the hangings, on the ISNA student news agency website, showed the terrified young men crying as they were interviewed by state media in a lorry on the way to the gallows. Another picture showed hangmen in balaclavas tightening the nooses around their poor little necks.
Most recently the mullah's Supreme Court also gave the green light for the hanging of a 16-year-old schoolboy in Tehran. The boy, identified only by his first name Mostafa, was convicted of killing a man in a scuffle that began when the boy tried to save a girl who was being harassed by the drunken man.
Amnesty International said that Iran executed 159 people last year. Under Iran’s fabricated laws, the age of criminal culpability is defined as puberty, which most judges put at 15 for boys and nine for girls. Iran has already drawn fire from international rights groups for executing minors. Last summer a 16-year-old girl, Atefeh Rajabi, was hanged in the Caspian port of Neka for sex before marriage. Medical reports, not allowed in court, had suggested that she was mentally ill.

The three EU negotiators are engaged in an appeasement policy, which has after 24 years proved it self useless as far as bringing a democratic change and freedom for the Iranian people is concerned. While craving for short term economical interests, they still believe that negotiations with a much radicalized, fundamental theocratic regime in Iran would fill their hands economically and also resolve the nuclear dispute.

51 UN resolutions condemning the grave violation of human rights , have not brought any democratic change. The newly appointed " president" and his well known cabinet have struck an unprecedented record in: juvenile executions, export of trained terrorists into neighboring Iraq aiming to establish an other Islamic republic as they have successfully introduced an Iranian written Islamic constitution for the new Iraqi government. The conducting of at least 45 terrorist operations against governments and opposition activists outside Iran, and using their terrorist trained mercenaries when they need to squeeze a government into consent, are just a few handful of what the Iranian theocracy is now capable to do- ( We refer those interested to follow in detail with the brief information given in this petition with the links provided at the bottom of the text)
We the undersigned
-Condemn the brutal execution of juveniles under any pretext,
-Condemn the unprecedented violation of human rights and the stoning to death of women
-Appreciate a democratic change through the will and power of the Iranian people and its resistance, any war in that region would only un-balance the whole region.
-Believe that the new hard line Iranian government , leaves no room for any political dialogue, and the path to any change would go through, referring the violation of human rights to the UN Security Council, as the Highest International decision making body.
Give the Iranian people a chance to live freely, let them decide their future with their own resistance, no war is welcomed there; they need to be left alone to gain what is theirs - Freedom and democracy.

Les tentures récentes d'un 18-ans et 16-ans sur les charges d'engagement dans les actes homosexuels ont violé les devoirs d'Iran sous la Convention Internationale sur les Droits de l'Enfant, qui interdit telles exécutions. -Apprécie un changement démocratique par le fera et alimentera des gens Iraniens et sa résistance, n'importe quelle guerre dans cette région déséquilibrerait seulement la région entière
--Croire que la nouvelle ligne le dure gouvernement Iranien, ne pas part de pièce pour le dialogue politique, et le chemin à n'importe quel changement traverserait, référant la violation de droits humains au Conseil de Sécurité d'ONU, comme la plus Haute décision Internationale fait le corps.
Permettre à l'Iranien gens de habiter librement, les permettre de décider leur avenir avec leur propre résistance, aucune guerre est là-bas accueillie ; ils ont besoin d'être gauche seul pour gagner quel est le leur - la Liberté et la démocratie.
