Howes Family Extradition Fight

To:  Kenny MacAskill: Scottish Justice Minister

I am Brian Howes: My wife and I are being Extradited to the US from Scotland and no Evidence is needed to be Extradited to the US under UK law.

How can it be Justice to be judged guilty and spend time on remand for up to 3 years in an Arizona desert before trial?

The UK has allowed US law to destroy families without ever showing evidence.

My Wife Kerry Howes and I have already been imprisoned in Scotland without evidence of any kind for 214 days in 2007 and It took a 30 day Hunger strike by me for us to get bail.

We have broken no laws and we have not been to Arizona so if we had broken any laws we could be charged in Scotland and clear our names.

We have four young Girls and Baby Cassidy due on the 29th April and as of today is 3 days late.

If Extradited 3 of our 5 girls would be adopted before we even get a trial in Arizona, This breaches all that the US and UK stands for. Innocent until proven guilty was the rule of law and it seems to have changed.

we need support to help make the Government see sense, if we are guilty of any crime, and we are not, we should be put on trial in Scotland where we would clear our names.
