Cox Communications to offer Hampton Roads the Big Ten Network

The following serves as petition for Cox Communications (Hampton Roads, VA) to carry the Big Ten Network, both in standard and High Definition coverage. We're petitioning to be afforded the same opportunity that Arizona, Ohio and Indiana have and have had for a year.

Please choose to receive this network from your main satellite feed and offer it to Hampton Roads customers, home of many military members whom come from "home" states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
