"We the undersigned citizens of Loudoun County petition the Loudoun County School Board and Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to build the next western Loudoun county high school west of Purcellville. We believe Franklin Park to be the best available site for this purpose due to location, transportation access, co-location of recreational facilities, availability of public utilities, and the strong support of the local community."
