HTDS Removal of Caveat Emptor

We the investors of HARD TO TREAT DISEASES(HTDS) would like to formally petition Pink Sheets OTC to remove the Caveat Emptor status from the aforementioned security. We believe that this company has done everything in its power to satisfy the requirement of Pink Sheets and its staff. The unfair singling out of this company due to a naked short position held by market makers or other market insiders should not be cause to defame the reputation of this company and scare away any potential investors. We further challenge Pink Sheets OTC and the Security and Exchange Commission to do their assigned duties and not harm this company any further, but instead aid HTDS management and attorneys in bringing the naked short sellers to account. We will not tolerate manipulation of any kind be it direct or indirect by short sellers or insiders to the industry. We expect action in short order to address these grievances.
