Due to the rapid and exponential closing of trails and ride parks, we the undersigned as enthusiasts and consumers of off road recreational products hereby ask that the INDUSTRY that profits from our sport and recreation take a more responsible role in helping clubs, groups, associations and individuals who are fighting to keep motorized off-road trails and lands available for use of these products.

There is currently a vast void between users of off-road products and the industry that provides said products. This industry, while profiting the most from a sport and recreational endeavor and not a necessity of life, has largely ignored attempts of consumers to get backing from them. We as consumers of products sold by the off-road industry are losing the battle for areas to use these products. In most cases, the fight is with governmental and ecological groups that either do not care or are not interested in our rights. Although there has been an explosion of sales of off-road equipment, there has also been a massive effort by opponents to stop us from using these products.

We ask that all suppliers of off-road products set aside a percentage of their profits from our purchases to help build and maintain trails and otherwise fund our sport and recreation at a grassroots level. We also ask that they display their level of participation to the public. In return, we as consumers will show these suppliers our appreciation by buying their product over other non-participants. It will be an obvious win-win for you to help us in the fight to keep places to use our off-roading equipment while you increase your profitability.
