Legalize Crossbows for Hunting in Newfoundland

Hi there. I am an avid hunter here in Newfoundland. I believe that hunting is a great way to enjoy nature, the outdoors, and can be a great family activity that teaches respect for nature.

That being said, Newfoundland has some of the craziest hunting laws in Canada. I am starting this petition in hopes of letting us hunters use a Crossbow for hunting. As of now, we can use a shotgun, rifle, and Bow. So why not a crossbow? A crossbow would give people a different challenge and get more people involved in this great sport. You can use them in other parts of Canada, SO WHY NOT HERE!!!

So please, sign this petition and help us get Crossbows legalized here in Newfoundland.
