To the humble Public,

This petition is to stop record companies/pop stars from releasing "Deluxe" editions of CD's/DVD's just to make more money. If the artist has not made enough new material to make a new album they should hold on to the material they have and then release a whole new album not a "Deluxe" edition. More and more record companies/artists are doing this and it is basically a 2 fingered salute to the fans who purchased the CD/DVD originally.
