Halloween Twice a year.

To:  Children, Adults

We, The undersigned, do request that Halloween be twice a year or more. The Dates of August 8th and October shall be the primary dates for this to occur. As with the primary halloween, we ask to trick or treat, buy costumes and enjoy horror movies to our hearts delight within the limits of the law and any laws stating one should not wear masks except for halloween be revised to " No persons should wear masks in public except the Halloweens I.E. August 8th and October 31st."
