Unlock iPhone 3G

To:  iPhone 3G owners/ buyers

Here is to Apple, to unlock iPhone 3G. Unlock our iPhones on the next software update. We want to be able to use our iPhones on any GSM network, anywhere in the world without being tied down to any specific carrier. No more paying AT&T for lower roaming rates when traveling abroad. We want to buy cheap, pre-paid sim cards when we travel abroad. We don’t want to have to sign contracts with AT&T, we want to use T-Mobile. This would help you, Apple, greatly. You sell unlocked phones in other countries, but not in the USA. Why? People in Australia can purchase prepaid temporary SIM cards when they travel to Europe, but we can’t in the USA. This is unfair. All phones sold should be unlocked. What happened to the dream of being able to swap out SIM cards easily and pain free? We want our iPhone 3Gs unlocked!
