Dear Apple Europe,

we are loyal customers for many years. We even believed in your iPod before anyone else did.
We bought the first generation of your iPod. We even didn't care about the limited warranty of six month.
We've trusted your product blind.

Now, after two year our batteries are going broke but nobody at your company cares about us.
It seems like you think we are just throwing this gadget away and buying a new one every other year?

Apple Europe, please be so kind and offer a similar service like in the U.S. to us Europeans,
and do offer a replacement battery or exchange of our beloved iPod for a reasonable price (less than 99.- EUR).
