Many Egyptian organizations and individuals have already presented to you claims against Hosni Mubarak and his Interior Minister, Habib El-Adly, for incessantly committing crimes against humanity but you have not taken any action against the said perpetrators despite the fact that these claims were well substantiated. Therefore, by this petition, the undersigned bring fresh claims against the said perpetrators and request that you please issue an immediate warrant for their arrest of the aforesaid perpetrators and for the freezing of their sizable assets and bank accounts everywhere not only to serve justice but also to prevent them from committing further crimes against humanity. The accused have committed the following crimes against humanity:
1) Arbitrary arrest and detention for indefinite time of innocent people without charge or trial.
2) Systematic torture and sexual abuse of detainees, including women and children, as a result of which at least 20-30 people get killed every year under torture.
3) Sexually assault peaceful woman protesters to deter women from participating in anti-Mubarak demonstrations.
4) Employ thuggery to stab and kill or maim peaceful demonstrators.
5) Massacre over 25 Sudanese refugees in downtown Cairo to disrupt their peaceful sit in.
6) Abduct innocent people in the street to frame them for crimes they never committed.
7) Murder and forced disappearance.
The accused have never brought to justice the perpetrators of the said crimes and the handful that were indicted received very light sentences which were not enforced, anyway.
The accused have been repeatedly condemned by all major human rights organizations the world over for committing atrocious crimes against humanity in the past 10 years or so.

The undersigned eagerly await the issuance of your warrant for the arrest of Hosny Mubarak and Habib El-Adly and for the freezing of assets thereof for committing atrocious crimes against humanity.

لقد تقدم لكم أفراد و جمعيات مصرية ببلاغات ضد حسنى مبارك و وزير داخليتة حبيب العادلى لإرتكابهما جرائم فظيعة ضد الإنسانية إلا إنكم لم تتخذوا أى إجراءضدهما بالرغم من أن البلاغات المقدمة كانت مدعومة بمستندات دامغة فى حق المتهمين المذكورين. لذلك فإن الموقعين أدناة يتقدمون لكم بموجب هذا الإلتماس ببلاغات جديدة لإلقاء القبض على حسنى مبارك و وزير داخليتة حبيب العادلى مع تجميد ممتلكاتهما و حساباتهما فى كل مكان لإرتكابهما جرائم فظيعة فى حق الإنسانية و ذلك بهدف ليس فقط تحقيق العدالة و لكن أيضا لمنعهما من الإستمرار فى إرتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية. لقد إرتكب المتهمين الجرائم التالية ضد الإنسانية

1) الإعتقال العشوائى للمواطنين الأبرياء و حبسهما لفترات غير محددة دون إتهام أو محاكمة
2) التعذيب و الإعتداء الجنسى المنهجى على المحتجزين بما يشمل النساء و الأطفال و ينجم عن ذلك مقتل ما بين 20 و 30 مواطن كل عام تحت التعذيب
3) الإعتداء الجنسى على المتظاهرات السلميات لإرهاب النساء و تخويفهم من الإشتراك فى أى مظاهرة مناهضة لمبارك و نظامة
4) إستخدام البلطجية لطعن و قتل أو جرح المتظاهرين السلميين
5) ذبح 25 لاجئا سودانيا لفض إعتصامهم السلمى
6) خطف الأبرياء من الشوارع لتلفيق إتهامات لهم فى جرائم لم يرتكبوها
7) القتل و الإختفاء القسرى

المتهمين لم يقدما أبدا للمحاكمة مرتكبى الجرائم المشار إليها و القليلين الذين وجهت لهم إتهامات قد صدرت ضدهم أحكام هزيلة لم يتم تنفيذها على أى حال

لقد تم إدانة المتهمين مرارا و تكرارا بإرتكاب جرائم فظيعة ضد الإنسانية بمعرفة كافة المنظمات المعنية بحقوق الإنسان فى كل أنحاء العالم على مدى ال 10 سنوات الماضية أو أكثر.
