We have 5 weekdays which we use to work, earn our living, create amazing things, etc etc.
We have 2 day week-ends, which we use to have fun: go out in clubs, hike, go to the movies, do whatever you weren't able to do during your work week.
That leaves an unacceptable lack of time to rest. Everybody is exhausted with that organization of the week. That lead to the decline of our civilization:
-American Idol
-Rael
-Boys Band
-Actors being politicians

Time completely devoted to resting is absolutely necessary, so that you can make the most out of the two other part of your week.

I solemnly submit this petition to add a day to our week. As our Gregorian calendar is already pretty much ruled around a 52 week year, and all holiday are really deeply anchored in everybody head, we can't modify the number of weeks (which is currently 52). The easiest way for everyone is to make our whole year longer, so that we can add Restday (or Siestedi in French) somewhere in the week. This could present some technical difficulties, but I am sure they can be easily worked around.

I hereby poll the interest in the following amendments:

-Push the Earth orbit so that the year is exactly 52 years longer. That will allows the introduction of Restday. Sounds difficult at first, but after, we put engineers ressources into this:http://www.google.com/products?q=dog+ball+thrower&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1 . So I am sure that we can devote some more ressources to this.
-Put Archeologist to fabricate suddently discovered and restored ancient writing. Those will be appended to the Bible to justify the introduction of Restday according to God (because despite what is actually depicted in the Bible, God didn't rest on Sunday, he went Mountain Biking).
-Tell Microsoft to hire smart engineers to preemptively add the patch in Windows 9. We don't want Internet to crash and steal our soul (imagine what could Facebook do) when the Earth is pushed.

Please sign the petition so this gets the highest and most deserved attention, so that Restday finally gets the place it should have been given from the beginning.
