To: support the religious rights of incarcerated First Nations PeopleWE THE UNDERSIGNED call upon Pennsylvania's Governor Thomas Ridge to intercede on the behalf of Eric Wildcat Hall and James Locklear Brooks, prisoners at the State Correctional Institution at Albion, PA., and issue an executive order to Martin F. Horm, Secretary, Pennsylvania Department Of Corrections, to allow Eric Wildcat Hall and James Locklear Brooks to have access to Medicine Bundles, to order the return of confiscated spiritual, cultural, religious accouterments and to impliment policy that provides access to a Sweat Lodge and the guidance of authentic Native American Indian Spiritual Leaders.
