abolish Iphone gps and bluetooth restriction

The aim of the petition is that Apple abolish the clause referred to in paragraph 3.3.7 which means:
"Applications may not be designed or marketed for real time route guidance";
and unlock bluetooth restriction only to the iphone headset.
