A proper iPhone service in Luxembourg

Being a client or future client of VoxMobile in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we demand that VoxMobile immediately takes action to improve the service provided to its iPhone clients or lowers the prices of its iPhone plans.
The Vox network in Luxembourg is in no way 3G and the phone network doesn't even cover Luxembourg city properly. Clients are experiencing dropped calls and are often unable to connect to the data network.
