Road Safety Conditions in Ireland

To:  The Irish Government

We have all seen the conditions of the roads in Ireland, and we notice them especially when we go to other countries, IE. The U.S., U.K. Germany France etc. where all of their roads are considerably better condition. Well now’s your chance to see if we can make a difference. The government blames road traffic accidents on bad drivers, yet they say nothing about the bad road conditions in Ireland. Where they can afford millions to implement the penalty points scheme, to go over budget on new motorways, the Luas and the Dublin port tunnel, why can't they put some money into really making our roads safer, by reducing the amount of potholes on the roads.
