A Diploma For Isaac

To:  Lakota High School Officals & Sandusky School Board

My name is Dawn Wise and I lost my son Isaac Joe Wise on November 6, 2003 in an automobile accident. He attended Lakota High School in Kansas, Ohio and would have had enough credits in January to graduate with his class of 2004. He worked had to receive his diploma and was so close. I have asked the school to please issue an honorary diploma to him, but they refuse. I have contacted the school board and they refuse to get involved.

This simple piece of paper with my son's name on it, would mean the world to me and how could it hurt any one else?

I am hoping if I can get enough signatures on this petition, I can get school boards and schools every where to realize what doing something like this means to a grieving parent. I am trying to do this in memory of my son and all other children who worked hard for a diploma but left this earth before they could receive it.
