request for investigation |
To: US Congress, US SenateSTOP THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY FROM DEFRAUDING THE FEDERAL MEDICARE PROGRAM.
Requesting Congressional Inquiry into the cost-shifting of medical costs and responsibilities of the Insurance companies on to the Federal Medicare programs and Social Security Disability
Investigations need to be initiated against
ADVENTIST HEALTH
STATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND
SAFEWAY INC.
Including all the other Insurance Companies involved.
Every day, month and year thousands get injured while on the job, some get care and are able to become productive members of society again as it should be. But sadly enough there are many with catastrophic injuries that require expensive medical care.
They are the forgotten ones, the throw away commodity of the work force.
People that eventually have to apply for Social Security Benefits as no other alternative is available.
There is an alternative, hold the Insurance Companies and Self Insured programs accountable. Millions of dollars are paid in premiums to these companies and nothing is paid out, instead the costs are shifted over and become the responsibility of the Federal Government.
If the Federal Government is forced to cover the costs, then let the Federal Government manage all Health care and shut down the Insurance Companies.
Please show your support, you may become the next Injured Worker.
Sincerely,
