Abandon Rutland City!
Rutland is an under achieving Vermont city with it's struggling economy, poor public schooling, and drug/crime problems. We need to band together to help the people and families who have to suffer living there. I call for a relocation of all of its citizens, and businesses. It's very possible with federal donations and aid. Please help me in this dream I have to make Rutland a better place for all, By leaving it and starting anew.
