Help find/protect missing child/rape victim of 9 years and STOP GREENE CO. MISSOURI COVER-UP

To:  Department of Justice, Judicial System in Greene Co. Representatives through out Missouri and the US, any Attorneys, District Attorneys, Child Protective Services, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Central Intellegence Bureau, Attorney General, President Bush, Governor of Missouri and any other affiliation that might gain justice for a child!

Rev. Randall Cali went through a nightmare 10 years ago. Rene Moats left him for an evil man. When he was originally allowed visitation with his little Jenny, she would cry. She told of her stepfather's indiscretions with her. Little Jenny pleaded with her Daddy to come home where she felt safe. BUT Greene County courts didn't care. Rev. Cali recorded his little daughter's confessions and pleas.. No one in law enforcement listened. As Jenny grew older his visits were cut off. Her new stepfather Elton Moats made sure of that. Moats had to stop Rev. Cali from collecting evidence and begging the authorities to help protect Jenny.

Eventually they cut Rev. Cali off from his daughter completely by using a drunk Judge (later thrown off the bench) who was friends with Mr. Moats, Jenny's molester. CPS got involved eventually but made Rev. Cali go through extra ordinary efforts (foster parent status) to get temporary custody of his very own natural daughter, Jenny. Those were happy times, Jenny safe with her father and new stepmother. But CPS in Greene Co. Missouri-who was made famous by one of their foster fathers killing little 2 year old Dominic James- didn't take long to take Jenny back to her perverted step-father's home.

See Jenny's Mom had supposedly complied with all the stipulations. We have a great deal of evidence of vast proportions that this woman DID NOT COMPLY AT ALL. Even after CASA stated in writing that Jenny should stay in the custody of her loving father Rev. Cali- Missouri CPS returned her to her drug addict mother and her step father rapist.

A year and a half ago, Jenny 16, had enough. Her boyfriend took her to the police station. Jenny was old enough to tell, in graphic detail, about the events that took place that particular day. But these events weren't a one-time thing.they had been a weekly experience for Jenny since she was only nine years old.

After graphic detailed police reports from Jenny and a positive DNA rape kit on Elton Moats, Moats was arrested. He posted bond and Jennifer has disappeared. NO ONE knows where she is and since death was threatened to Jenny if Moats ever spent a day in jail.. We don't even know if Jenny is alive.

NO ONE IN GREENE COUNTY MISSOURI, EITHER IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OR CPS CARES. They are hiding something; they refuse to tell her natural father anything about his daughter except that she is missing. Two trial dates have passed, Jenny has not appeared.

Jenny could be dead and NO ONE IN GREENE COUNTY CARES. Rev. Cali has done everything possible to find and save his little girl. He has been ridiculed by the entire system. The wheels of justice are NOT turning and Rev. Cali is getting nowhere as he spends his days obsessed with finding and protecting his little girl, as he has done for 9 years.

We have evidence backing every single claim mentioned in this petition. Of course much of it was too graphic to share here. Please sign this petition in hopes that an internal national investigation into the where abouts of Jenny may be. Why after Rapist Elton Moats jumped bail and went to another state was picked up.then released on his own recognances at the latest appearance.why this child has had to endure 8 years of rape and sodomy when Rev. Cali had evidence to these crimes. Why the CPS in Missouri refuse to place Jenny outside of the home, and preferably with her loving father (with no criminal history at all).

We beg you to sign this with the hope that with enough signatures someone from the Justice Department will investigate the fraud, corruption, and cover ups that are happening in Greene County Missouri. If not only for Jenny, but so many other children who have died or been lost in this system.
