Justice for Jayden Hayes

I am outraged and appalled that Jonathan Ortiz may spend only five years in prison for the murder of the four year old Jayden Hayes.

Jonathan Ortiz should be sentenced with the maximum penalty alloted for murder, which is 20 years in prison or the death penalty.

Five years is a slap in the face to the Hayes family and to Jayden himself, may he rest in peace.

Please bring justice to this child’s life, or lack thereof, for Jayden cannot stand up for himself, we must stand up for him.

Our society cannot be so injust that we merely stand by as a child’s life is taken. This is America. This is our future, and how we react now determines how we will react in the future.

As a community, we need to come together and do the right thing.

Protect America’s future. Protect America’s freedom, which is what this country was built on.
