We, the Undersigned would like to voice our concern over the proposed change to US policy outlined in the document JP 3-12: Doctrine for Joint Nuclear Operations, and would like to ask for increased public awareness of this issue.

We would also like to ask the members of the US Congress to oppose any shift in policy that would promote or allow the use of nuclear weapons as a first-strike weapon.
