Start the Park

To:  Evanston City Council

Park, parking lot? Anything is almost better than this eyesore at the corner of Main St. and Chicago Ave., but quick action is needed before the winds of winter. This will only be a short-term solution, but it sure would enhance our neighborhood and make a statement as well. Let’s not make Joni Mitchel’s “ Big Yellow Taxi” a reality.

Let’s draft a petition to our parking ticket crazed City and get a park with a labyrinth. Your thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
