SAVE JOHNSON'S CRAB HOUSE PETITION

We Virginians recognize that Johnson’s Crab House is an ongoing crab house that has been in existence for over 75 years on Scotts Creek.

We realize that the Portsmouth City Council allowed a developer to come in and build new homes in the neighborhood across the street from Scotts Creek.

We realize that the developer wants Johnson’s Crab House eliminated so his homes will have an unobstructed view of Scotts Creek.

By signing this PETITION, we agree that our names may be used in an advertisement in the Virginian-Pilot to support Johnson’s Crab House and oppose the use of eminent domain by the Portsmouth City Council to destroy Johnson’s Crab House.
