Keep away fans back for 10 minutes after Oldham Athletic matches

Dear Mr. Hardy,
Having seen the riots after the game between Oldham and Huddersfield, on Saturday, 27th September, we believe that after certain matches, such as top of the league clashes, local derbies, or other important/high key games, the away fans should be held back from leaving for a reasonable amount of time.
Firstly, and most importantly, this should prevent anything like the events seen at the match.
Also, this may help to prevent some traffic congestion, with several cars not on the road immediately after the match (as their drivers would still be inside the ground!)
