Call to investigate alleged crimes against Kashmiri Pandits

To:  International Criminal Court

We, the undersigned, appeal to the International Criminal Court to investigate the criminals behind perpetrating and abetting the alleged ethnic cleansing, genocide and human rights abuses of the Kashmiri Pandits, forcing them to migrate from the Indian administered Kashmir to various parts of India in 1990. Furthermore, the role of the people behind allowing the Mosques to be used for allegedly shouting provocative slogans against the Kashmiri Pandit community must also be investigated as should the newspapers that allegedly published threatening messages in early 1990. Finally, the people behind the alleged desecration of the Hindu places of worship must also be identified. These criminals, once identified, must be apprehended, tried by the ICC and punished to the maximum limit allowed under the law.
