I, and my fellow petitioners would like it to be known that we do NOT wish you radically change the intro music. We think it should be given time and that it is a refreshing touch or at the very least acceptable.

Please do not do anything rash because of petitions urging for the song's removal. We trust that you know what you are doing and trust that you will do as good a job as is possible with our beloved Star Trek.

In addition, we're all very excited about your Star Trek series and hope it has a long successful run!
