Subject: Petition to bring back the character of Kenny McCormick

This petition before you today is a petition designed, written, and signed, by viewers of the Comedy Central hit animated series "South Park".

Many viewers were dissapointed to learn that one of the key characters in the show, Kenny McCormick, was killed off by the creators.

Many viewers feel that Kenny, and his "deaths" each episode, was as trademark to the South Park as the chalkboard gag is to the Fox hit tv show, "The Simpson". It was an intricate part of the show that we feel, as a group, that was one of the catalysts that made South Park as much of a hit as it is today.

However, the creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, desided to rid of this important character to the series. As such, they removed one of the key elements to the show that made it successful, and massed a strong market of Kenny memorabilia that made the show a financial success.

Now, with this key element removed, South Park is no longer the cutting edge show it once was. Kennys deaths was as controvercial at times as the stories that they produce.

Mr. Stone and Mr. Parker did not realize the large fan base they created with the Kenny McCormick character. When they removed Kenny with no rhyme or reasoning behind it, outside of the "We're sick of him" excuse, it left many fans feeling that both creators, and Comedy Central, has let them down.

THEREFORE, WE THE UNDERSIGNED, respectifully request that you reconsider the removal of the Kenny McCormick character from South Park. We see how "The Simpsons" are degrading with the passage of time. We do not wish for that to happen with "South Park".

We thank you for your consideration and hope that you do reconsider your desision of removing the character of Kenny McCormick.
