Stop the Redistricting of Keone'ula Elementary School

To:  Hawaii State Department of Education, State and Local Representatives

The purpose of this correspondence is to voice our opposition to the Hawaii State Department of Education initiative to reassign the Keone’ula Elementary School district lines. The Hawaii State Department of Education is planning to use Keone'ula Boulevard as the dividing line to determine whether children living in Ocean Pointe, Ewa Beach will be attending Keone'ula Elementary School or Ewa Beach Elementary School. One of the reasons we chose to live in Ocean Pointe is because we knew that our children will be attending Keone’ula Elementary School; a school that was built for our community and yet sadly some of the children in the community will never be able to attend if the Hawaii State of Department of Education reassigns the district line. We oppose the redistricting of Keone'ula Elementary School
