H Miki Kimshin, of Minnesota, was recently fired from her job at the United Statse postal service. This was due to Dr. Timothy Trude signing off on a document from the OIG stating that Kimshin was perfectly capable of working an 8 hour day, while currently she works a 3 hour day, without consent from Kimshin. This directly contradicts the HIPPA oath that all doctors are required to take. Therefore, this document should be null, and Kimshin should get her job back, with the 3 hour work day re-implemented.
