The Kitty Face Emoticon

Newgrounds.com has a lot of good emoticons icons for topics. But it's missing one emoticon - the kitty face emoticon!

A clever member called "Jesus-Owns-X" has already made one. But as he is not staff he can't ask Tom Fulp to add the emoticon to the list.

Lets change this! Lets get the kitty face onto the Newgrounds emoticon list! Lets make the BBS that little bit more fabulous! It will "be made of epic win" as a common Newgrounder would say.
