KMT and CCP must pay for and be responsible for жйіж, which is a party to party affair, not country to country. There have not been any participation in жйіж from Taiwanese, or the opposition DPP. Therefore, Taiwanese are not responsible for the meetings. KMT has been using the national budget to pay for the meeting expenses. KMT must return all the money spent plus interests.
