The Kenyan Parliament has passed a motion of no confidence on Hon Amos Kimunya for the corrupt sale of the Grand Regency Hotel. MPs debated Mr Kimunya's conduct and further castigated him for dis-respecting other parliamentarians, ministers and Kenyans at large. His arrogant statements continue to illicit total disregard of the laws of the land. An accountant by profession, Mr Kimunya has acted against professional work ethics and conduct. The ICPAK - Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Kenya has threatened to scrap him off the accountants' list.

Its apparent that during Mr Kimunya's tenure at the treasury several scandals have come up. But the minister has continued to hang on. Mr Kimunya alongside Central Bank Governor Njuguna Ndung’u and National Security Intelligence Service Director-General Michael Gichangi — found by a Cabinet committee to have played a role in the affair. MPS have affirmed that they will boycott all parliamentary session to discuss crucial finance bills. Generally the government will nto conduct any finance related business by virtue the minister continues to tapeworm at the Treasury. Kenyans do not trust him now. Kenya is large than an individual. Mr Kimunya must obey the verdict of the people, and he must quit now to pave way for investigation.

This petition is to ask the President of the Republic of Kenya Mwai Kibaki, and the Prime Minister to SACK among others Mr Kimunya, the Central Bank Governor Prof Ndung'u, The NSIS Chief Gichangi. This petititon also asks the PM Raila Odinga and President Mwai Kibaki to come out clean on the saga. Their silence has send undesired signals on the fight against corruption.

KIMUNUYA MUST GO NOW. HE HAS SOLD OUR LAND AT THROW AWAY PRICE. MR AMOS KIMUNYA IS CORRUPT AND HE MUST PACK NOW. AMOS KIMUNYA MUST GO. PROF NDUNGU MUST QUIT, MR GICHAGI MUST GO. SACK KIMUNYA NOW!
