Carta abierta a la comunidad internacional,

El 25 de Noviembre de 2004 un operativo militar ordenado por el gobierno de Colombia fue llevado a cabo en contra de la comunidad TAO-JUDIA en el máximo lugar de congregación de sus miembros en Santander, Colombia (Templo Vegetal SakroAkuarius). Este operativo ocasionó la desaparición de los máximos guias de la comunidad, Kelium Zeus Induseus y Samael Joab Bathor Weor. Adicionalmente todo el aparato productivo de la comunidad fue destruido producto de este operativo militar. Este aparato productivo se componía de la elaboración de productos naturales para la cura de multiples enfermedades y el mejoramiento de la salud de los seres humanos.
Colombia lamentablemente es un país muy afectado por la violencia y hechos como estos donde se utilizan procedimientos violentos contra una comunidad de paz y sus bienes, generan más violencia y miseria. Esto va en contra de la finalidad del estado de garantizar el respeto por la libertad religiosa y proteger la vida y los bienes de los ciudadanos. Solicitamos al gobierno de Colombia en cabeza del presidente Alvaro Uribe Velez que se aclare ante la comunidad intenacional los siguientes puntos:
1. Respuesta formal del paradero de los guias de la comunidad TAO-JUDIA, Kelium Zeus Induseus y Samael Joab Bathor Weor, que sean presentados en forma pública ante la comunidad internacional los soportes que justifican esta persecución pues consideramos que si a un ciudadano no se le comprueba acto ilegal alguno es responsabilidad del estado devolver en forma inmediata y formal el buen nombre del implicado.
2. Cese de hostilidades en contra de los miembros de la comunidad TAO-JUDIA, pues es responsabilidad del estado velar por la seguridad de los ciudadanos, la libertad de cultos y la libre expresión. Exponer a los miembros de la comunidad TAO-JUDIA ante el escarnio público en los medios de comunicación sin aportar por parte del gobierno la claridad suficiente es un acto que pone en peligro la vida de los miembros de la comunidad TAO-JUDIA por existir en Colombia organizaciones armadas al margen de la ley.

Open letter to the international community,

On November 25, 2004, a military action was carried out by the government of Colombia against the TAO-JEWISH community in Santander, Colombia. The place, where the military action was conducted, corresponds to the main congregation point of the members of the TAO-JEWISH community (Templo Vegetal SakroAkuarius). This military action caused the disappearance of the main leaders of the TAO-JEWISH community, Kelium Zeus Induseus y Samael Joab Bathor Weor. Additionally, the community's production system was destroyed, which consisted in the elaboration of natural products to treat several diseases and also to improve human health.
Unfortunately, Colombia is a country that has been greatly affected by violence and such kind of actions, where violent procedures are used against a community of peace and its properties, generate more violence and poverty. The government must guarantee the respect for religious freedom and also protect the lives and property of its citizens. Therefore, we solicit the government of Colombia headed by the president Alvaro Uribe Velez to clarify to the international community the following points:
1. A formal response from your government related to the current situation of our leaders Kelium Zeus Induseus and Samael Joab Bathor Weor. The government of Colombia must openly present to the international community the statements that justify the persecution of our leaders. We consider that if an illegal act cannot be proved against a citizen it is the responsibility of the government to give back immediately and formally his/her good reputation.
2. To stop the persecution against the members of the TAO-JEWISH community, because it is also a responsibility of the government to guarantee public safety, religious freedom and free expression. To allow statements against the members of the TAO-JEWISH community in public media without providing official clarification is an act that put in risk the lives of all its members due to the fact that in Colombia exists illegal army organizations.
