Dear Prime Minister Stephen Harper & The Honorable Robert Douglas Nicholson,

Daily in our news we are hearing about high risk offenders that are being released from prison as they have done their time.
Some of these people released are described by the parole board as being a psychopath with violent tendencies towards women and high risk to offend. They not only make society unsafe but also have to be monitored by local law enforcement officers.
When the parole board knows they are high risk they should not be released to walk the streets looking for another victim.
We the undersigned want to see changes to protect women from these predators.
