The National Congress of the Federative Republic of Brazil,

The online petition "right of the people in the school" proposes that the Ministry of Education and Culture should send ordinance stipulating that all schools in Brazil are included in school curricula the subject "Law of the Citizen."

This project provides for the education of most basic rights of citizens has its beginning from the first series primarial until the third year of the second degree.

So this issue will be addressed within the areas of Civil Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights, Consumer Law, Environmental Law and Law on the Internet.
