We the undersigned have provided good service and worked hard in the last 12
months during a very difficult time.

As a new employer we believe that LBG should provide a fair and competitive pay and conditions package.

We reject the proposed terms and conditions as we believe that the majority of staff will be worse off and ask LBG to revise the terms on offer.

We request that Management meet with our union representatives, to negotiate
further improvements to the proposal.
