Free Jason Dean

To:  Governor of Ohio

Dear Governor Strickland (or current governor of Ohio),

We, the undersigned, ask and urge you to grant clemency to Ohio's Death Row Inmate Jason Dean. Jason Dean is currently sitting on death row at Ohio State Prison at 878 Coitsvile-Hubbard Road in Youngstown, OH. His prisoner number is 506-144.

According to his own claim of innocence and two impartial eye-witness testimonies provided by Kari Epperson and Terri Epperson in the case of State of Ohio v. Jason Dean (Case No. 05-CR-0348), Mr. Dean was not present at the murder of Mr. Arnold nor was he involved in the crime.

According to Kari Epperson and Terri Epperson, eye-witnesses to the shooting of Mr. Arnold, Joshua Wade was the sole shooter in the murder of Mr. Arnold.

As Jason Dean did not pull the trigger and was not placed at the scene of the crime, we find it wholly unjust that he is facing death as a result of the murder of Mr. Arnold.

We ask and urge you to grant clemency and a full pardon to Mr. Jason Dean. Thank you for your time and consideration.
