Apple Ultralight Powerbook

We the undersigned plead with Apple Computer to build an ultralight (under 3 lbs) Powerbook. We prefer thin and light machines, we can do without an optical drive, and that extra pound or two _does_ make a difference for a truly mobile machine. I for one am a Wintel user who would "switch" today if this machine were available.

Specs should be along the lines of the following example Wintel machines:
Thinkpad X40 (12" LCD, WiFi, Bluetooth, no optical)
Dell Latitude X1 (12" widescreen LCD, WiFi, Bluetooth, no optical)
