As a faithful Division Officer (DO), I have observed that Robert Keller, LTJG, USN, CSRO, has been working far too hard. He has regularly been observed at work past 1100 and has been sighted with official looking paperwork on or around his person. Unconfirmed reports even have him as the mastermind behind several afternoon all-DO meetings. This is a disturbing trend and it needs to be reversed before it is too late.
