Logic 8.5 - What the users really want!

A good next update of Apple Logic Pro 8.1 or 9 would integrate the following improvements and add ons:

1. Overall stability improvement. This software HAS to be rocksolid

2. Better audioediting! We need tools that are faster, wen need tools directly in the Arrangeview and we need high quaslity editing like in Celmony Melodyne. We are all fed up with the time and pitcheditingquality of Logic Audio.

3. Space Designer was a cool convolution reverb years ago, but rightnow it needs improvement. We want more editing possibilities in real high quality.

4. EXS-24 needs urgent update. This sampler needs much more features and much more intuitive editing tools. Look at Kontakt and Halion. Please get much closer to it.

Simplify the UI: fewer clicks needed to get whatever you want to do done
Automation improvements (Mix/Automation "takes, Snapshot automation)
Improve the Group function
Monophonic pitch automation in Arrange
Polyphonic pitch editing (a la Melodyne DNA)
More/better plugins
Focus on bug fixes and stability improvements
Non-destructive, multitrack audio quantizing
Non-destructive, elastic audio editing
Full track import / export with automation and plug-in data
Ability to bounce and replace regions in Arrange
Improve the Sample Editor
Improve the Takes folder
Improve how Folders behave
Consolidate the hyperdraw and automation confusion
The ability to select and move more than one track at a time
Volume envelopes/fade handles/volume offset on regions
A better Convolution Verb
Improved Guitar Amp simulation
Finer fader resolution
Make the UI fit better on small screens
Allow users to know what bugs that are being worked on
More, easer-to-understand key commands
Improved multi-tool functionality
The option for mono outputs
A new powersynth
Improve Strip Silence
Eliminate the need for using a 3rd part mixer
Allow fade editing on multiple tracks
Improve how Logic deals with cues (movie/radio/audiobook/theater work)
MIDI improvements
MIDI plugins
"Chunks" a la DP
Improve the Marquee Tool
Less confusing track naming
Tape saturation simulation
Tube simulation
Fix Multi-channel Virtual Instruments
Delay compensation for external gear (ping)
