I am signing this petition to inform you that I support the creation of a leash free dog zone within the boundaries of Earl Bales Park. The creation of such a zone will provide dog owners with a safe area in which to exercise and socialize their dogs, while at the same time provide an alternative to those who are wary of such activity.
